We want you to be completely satisfied with your Somaa Herbals purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, you may return eligible products within 7 days of delivery.

The return window starts from the date shown as "Delivered" in your tracking information, not the date you receive the package.

We understand that natural/Ayurvedic products can have varying effects on different hair types. If a product is genuinely not working for you, please contact us โ€” in many cases, we can help you find the right product from our range instead of going through a return.

Eligible for Return

  • Product is unused and unopened
  • Original packaging intact (sealed cap/shrink wrap)
  • Return initiated within 7 days of delivery
  • Product received in damaged or defective condition
  • Wrong item delivered (our error)
  • Product significantly different from description

Not Eligible for Return

  • Opened or partially used products
  • Tampered or damaged packaging
  • Return requested after 7 days
  • Products bought during clearance/sale
  • Customised or bundle-specific offers
  • Allergic reactions (patch test recommended)
Allergic Reactions: We strongly recommend doing a patch test 24 hours before full application. If you experience any irritation, discontinue use immediately. While we cannot accept returns on opened products, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

Send clear photos of the product and packaging so we can verify the condition. For damaged/wrong items, photos are mandatory.

Return Approval

Our team will review your request and send return instructions (including pick-up address) within 24 business hours.

Ship the Product

Pack the product securely and ship it to our address. Use a trackable courier. Keep the receipt until your refund is confirmed.

Refund Processed

Once we receive and inspect the return, your refund will be initiated within 2 business days. It reflects in 5โ€“7 business days.

Refund timelines are from the date we confirm the return has been received and inspected โ€” not from the date of your return request.

For COD refunds, we will ask for your bank account details (account number and IFSC code) to process the transfer.

If the return is due to our error (wrong item, defective product), we will arrange a free pick-up or reimburse return shipping costs up to โ‚น100. For other returns (change of mind), return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

Yes! We offer exchanges for the same product (different size/variant) subject to availability, or store credit for any product of equal value. Exchanges are processed within 3โ€“5 business days of receiving the returned item.

Please photograph the damaged packaging and product immediately upon delivery. Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost.

This occasionally happens due to bank processing delays. Contact us with your order number and bank statement screenshot, and we will re-initiate the refund or provide an alternative solution within 48 hours.
