We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time without prior notice. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Your continued use of the Website after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

You must be at least 18 years of age to make purchases on our Website. By placing an order, you confirm that you meet this age requirement.

All prices listed on the Website are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise. Prices are subject to change without notice.

We make every effort to display accurate product images and descriptions. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your screen calibration. Product images are for illustrative purposes only.

We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any product, discontinue any product at any time, or refuse any order at our sole discretion. In the event that a product is listed at an incorrect price due to a typographical error, we reserve the right to cancel such orders and refund any payments received.

Discount codes and offers are subject to their individual terms. Only one discount code may be applied per order unless otherwise stated.

When you place an order, you will receive an email confirmation acknowledging receipt. This does not constitute acceptance of your order. Acceptance occurs when we dispatch your items.

We accept payments via Razorpay, which supports UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and EMI. For COD (Cash on Delivery) orders, payment is collected at the time of delivery.

For COD orders, a refundable COD handling fee of ₹30–₹50 may be added. This fee is non-refundable if you refuse delivery without a valid reason.

If a payment fails, your order will not be processed. Please ensure sufficient funds before placing an order. Any duplicate charges should be reported to us within 7 days.

We ship across India via reputed courier partners including Delhivery, BlueDart, and India Post. Standard delivery takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch.

Free shipping is available on all orders above ₹499. Orders below this threshold attract a shipping fee of ₹49–₹79 depending on your location.

We are not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, natural disasters, or other events beyond our control. Estimated delivery dates are indicative only.

We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Opened, used, or tampered products are not eligible for return. Products damaged during return shipping due to improper packaging will not be refunded.

Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days of receiving and inspecting the returned item.

All content on this Website — including but not limited to logos, brand name, product images, text, graphics, and software — is the exclusive property of Somaa Herbals Pvt. Ltd. and is protected by applicable Indian and international intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any of our content without our prior written consent. Unauthorised use may result in legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Somaa Herbals shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use or inability to use our Website or products.

Our total liability for any claim related to your purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific product giving rise to the claim.

Our products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. Please consult a qualified healthcare professional before using our products if you have any medical concerns or allergies.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India.
