💵 Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available across most serviceable pin codes in India. A COD handling fee of ₹30 is charged per order (non-refundable).
COD is available for orders up to ₹3,000. For orders above this amount, prepaid payment methods (UPI, card, net banking) are required.
Please ensure someone is available at the delivery address to accept and pay for the package. If delivery is attempted 3 times without success, the order will be returned and no refund will be issued for COD handling charges.
We recommend prepaid payment for faster processing and to avoid COD handling charges. Prepaid orders are processed with priority.
🔍 Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS and email containing your tracking number and the courier partner's name.
You can track your order directly on our website using the order number and your registered email or phone number:
Alternatively, you can track directly on the courier's website using the AWB number provided in your shipping confirmation email.
Our courier partners include: Delhivery, BlueDart, DTDC, Ekart, and India Post.
📍 Pin Code Serviceability
We currently ship to 20,000+ pin codes across India. Serviceability is determined at checkout — if your pin code is not serviceable, you will be notified before completing your order.
Certain remote areas (Andaman & Nicobar, Lakshadweep, some North-East locations) may have extended delivery times of 10–15 business days and higher shipping charges. These will be shown clearly at checkout.

↩️ Returns & Exchange Summary
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging. Damaged or defective products may be returned regardless of opening status.
